Just read this article and think its valuable to reprint. Apparently kegels do more damage than good to the pelvic floor integrity. Squatting provides the most benefit for women, as it helps strengthen the muscles and prevent incontinence!

Wow, really I read the blog and that sounds horrible. I'm so worry now that I want to try to get pregnant. I hope that is not the case for me got to try all preventive case for this.
